William married Elizabeth Waterworth, daughter of George Waterworth and Janet Younger. (Elizabeth Waterworth was born in 1790 in St. Boltophs Without, Bishop'sgate and died in 1833 in St. Boltophs Without, Bishop'sgate ¹¹⁴.)
